Attorney Ziv Simon represents companies, entrepreneurs and private clients engaged in the field of real estate entrepreneurship and he provides them with ongoing legal advice concerning business and economic issues in the field of real estate, including entrepreneurial projects including combination transactions, projects in urban renewal (TAMA 38 reinforcement, TAMA 38 evacuation and construction projects).
