Attorney Elon Essar

Attorney Elon Essar is one of the firms partners, heads the litigation department and deals with commercial law.

Attorney Essar deals with litigation and representation in proceedings in all courts, including the Magistrate’s Court, District and Supreme Court, representation in arbitration proceedings and unique tribunals. Attorney Essar has experience in managing hundreds of complex proceedings in a variety of courts at all levels of civil, commercial, corporate law, etc. In addition, Attorney Essar conducts arbitration proceedings and is a certified mediator. Attorney Essar deals with commercial law representation of international and Israeli companies, on an ongoing basis and in various fields & agreements.

Attorney Elon Essar served as head of the Fraud and Computers Investigation Team at the Central Special Investigation Unit of the military police, a member of the Bar Association’s Professional Protection Committee, a member of the Friends of the Hermitage Museum Association, and serves as a director on the board of various companies.
