Attorney Ilan Barenboim

Ilan Barenboim is a member of the commercial civil litigation department and the commercial department at the firm.
Ilan served as a pre-intern in our office, then as an intern and continued with us even after he qualified as a lawyer. Ilan lectured for years in the field of capital market investments.
In his capacity as an advocate in our firm, Ilan’s work is done with an emphasis on large-scale civil disputes and commercial contracts. Among Ilan’s various activities are representing companies and individuals in front of various kinds of legal courts, providing day-to-day commercial legal advice to clients, and drafting various legal documents and agreements.

Member of the Israel Bar Association Committee of Artificial Intelligence & the Practice of Law.
Member of the Class Actions Committee of the Tel Aviv District of the Israel Bar Association.

Holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law from an international program jointly offered by the University of California, Berkeley.
